Useful information
- phone model and Android version;
- app version and the category played;
- screen, question, or action where the problem occurred;
- steps to reproduce it and, if helpful, a screenshot;
- for a rewarded ad, the reward type and approximate time, without secret identifiers.
Do not send passwords, tokens, authentication codes, API keys, or identity documents unless you receive separate and secure instructions.
Common problems
- For progress, store, or leaderboard issues, check your internet connection and reopen the app.
- If a round was interrupted, the app may recover or close the session according to the server-validated state.
- Ad rewards may remain temporarily pending until provider confirmation.
- For a potentially incorrect question, send the category and question text; account information is not required.
