Terms of Use — Răspuns Final
1. About the app
Răspuns Final is a Romanian general-knowledge game published by D-WEB ENGINEERING SRL. Players take part in Rush sessions, answer questions, earn scores, use strategic options, and may appear on leaderboards. Using the app means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You may start with an anonymous account and choose to connect Google. You are responsible for access to your device and account. Do not share authentication details, tokens, or codes. Google connection is also subject to Google’s terms.
3. Profiles, leaderboards, and videos
Your player name, preset avatar or Google account picture, score, and position may be visible on leaderboards. Do not use illegal, offensive, deceptive names or content that infringes another person’s rights. Appearance in official videos is controlled through a separate profile option, and exports use only a preset avatar. Răspuns Final benchmarks are transparent target scores, not real people.
4. Gameplay rules and fair use
Final scores, rewards, inventory, and effects are validated through the app’s services. You must not modify the app, automate answers, extract hidden answers, manipulate time, ads, scores, or leaderboards, exploit errors, or access another user’s data. We may cancel results and benefits obtained through error or abuse.
5. Credits and virtual options
Răspuns Final Credits, game options, charges, rewards, and inventory are virtual items with no monetary value. They are not money, electronic currency, property, or a right to a refund, do not earn interest, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the game. The initial version does not offer purchases of these items with real money.
6. Ads
The app may display banners and rewarded ads. Watching an ad for credits or a continuation is optional. The benefit is granted only after valid provider confirmation and may be subject to cooldown periods or daily limits. Ads may be unavailable depending on region, device, connection, or provider.
7. Intellectual property
The app, questions and their selection, design, graphics, sounds, text, and code belong to D-WEB ENGINEERING SRL or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence for personal use. The optional Google picture remains hosted by Google; the app may display it while the corresponding identity is linked.
8. Content and corrections
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate questions, but errors, ambiguities, or changing information may occur. You can report an issue through the support page. We may correct or withdraw questions and adjust scores or balance without guaranteeing that every configuration will remain unchanged.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, rebalance, suspend, or withdraw features, content, leaderboards, rewards, and ads for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device.
10. Liability
The app is intended for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, unavailability of third-party providers, or progress lost for reasons outside our reasonable control. We do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and deletion
We may limit or suspend access for fraud, attacks, repeated abuse, or serious violations. You can delete your account as described on the Account deletion page.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Romanian law, without removing mandatory consumer protections in Romania and the European Union. We will attempt to resolve issues amicably.
