Account deletion — Răspuns Final
Deletion is permanent. We will remove the account and associated data under our control, including the profile, progress, rounds, records, personal scores, virtual credit balance, inventory, option configuration, and reward history. The data cannot be recovered after deletion is complete.
Recommended option: in the app
- Open Răspuns Final.
- Go to the Profile screen.
- Open Account deletion.
- Select the deletion option, read the warning, and confirm.
This is the fastest method and allows secure verification of the identity of the signed-in account.
External request
If you no longer have access to the app, email dwebegineering.support@gmail.com with the subject Delete Răspuns Final account. Include your player name and, if you connected Google, the associated email address. Do not send your password or tokens.
We will explain reasonable verification steps and process the request within the legally required period. An anonymous account may require additional information that allows identification without exposing another user’s data.
Data that may be retained temporarily
We may temporarily retain technical logs or information strictly required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Data in backups or held by providers is removed according to applicable retention cycles and is no longer used for normal account operation.
