- challenge date and the screen where the problem occurred;
- steps that led to the problem and, if helpful, a screenshot.
Do not send passwords, tokens, authentication codes, API keys, or identity documents unless we separately explain why they are needed and how to send them securely.
Common problems
- For progress or sign-in issues, check your internet connection and reopen the app before contacting us.
- For sound or dictation, check the app settings and your phone’s media volume.
- For ads, availability depends on the provider, region, connection, and reward limits.
- For potentially incorrect content, include the challenge date and the word or round, without posting the answer on social media.
