Terms of Use — Cuvântul Final
1. About the app
Cuvântul Final is a game application published by D-WEB ENGINEERING SRL. Users solve word challenges, discover the final theme, earn scores, and may participate in leaderboards. Using the app means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You may use an anonymous account and later choose to connect Google. You are responsible for access to your device and account. Do not share tokens, codes, or authentication information with others. Google connection features are also subject to Google’s terms.
3. Profiles and leaderboards
Your player name, preset avatar or Google account picture, and scores may be visible to other users on leaderboards. Do not use illegal, offensive, deceptive content or content that infringes another person’s rights. We may hide or remove inappropriate profile content and limit access in cases of abuse.
4. Gameplay rules and fair use
Scores, times, inventory, and rewards are validated through the app’s services. You must not modify the app, automate answers, exploit errors, intercept protected content, manipulate ads, or attempt to access another user’s data. We may correct scores, rewards, or results obtained through error or abuse.
5. Inventory and rewards
Hints, letters, and other in-game benefits are virtual items intended solely for use in the app. They are not money, property, financial credit, or a right to a refund and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside the game.
6. Ads
The app may display banners and ads between certain rounds. Rewarded ads are optional and grant the stated benefit only after valid viewing confirmation. Ad and reward availability is not guaranteed and may depend on region, connection, daily limits, and provider.
7. Intellectual property
The app, design, text, presented mechanics, graphics, sounds, and code belong to D-WEB ENGINEERING SRL or its licensors, except where identified otherwise. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence for personal use of the app. The optional Google picture remains hosted by Google; the app may display it while the corresponding identity is linked.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, balance, suspend, or withdraw features, content, and rewards for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or product development. We aim to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a challenge for every day, or compatibility with every device.
9. Liability
The app is an entertainment product. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, interruptions caused by third-party services, or progress lost for reasons outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and deletion
We may limit or suspend access for fraud, attacks, repeated abuse, or serious violations. You can delete your account as described on the Account deletion page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, without removing mandatory consumer protections under applicable Romanian and European Union law. We will attempt to resolve any issue amicably before other proceedings.
12. Contact and changes to the terms
