Privacy Policy — Răspuns Final
In brief: the game can be used with an anonymous account or a connected Google account. We store the profile, preferences, progress, scores, inventory, and rewards required for operation. The player name, avatar, and score may appear on leaderboards. Ads are provided through Google AdMob when enabled. The account can be deleted from the app or through an external request.
1. Who controls the data
The operator of the application is D-WEB ENGINEERING SRL, with its registered office at Str. Col. Scarlat Demetriade no. 2, bl. G7, entrance 1, apt. 153, Craiova, Dolj County, Romania. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email dwebegineering.support@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
- Account and authentication: the Supabase technical identifier, anonymous-user status and, if you connect Google, information provided by Google, such as your email address, name, and profile image.
- Profile: player name, preset avatar or the connected Google account picture, completion of the initial tutorial, and your choice about appearing in official videos.
- Preferences: selected category and settings for music, sound effects, and vibration.
- Gameplay and competition: sessions and questions served, submitted choices, response times, game-option effects, scores, round statistics, personal records, and leaderboard positions.
- Virtual economy: virtual credit balance, grant and spending history, inventory, game-option configuration, virtual purchases, and daily rewards.
- Ads: rewarded-ad events, continuation status, provider transaction identifiers, and information needed for daily limits and prevention of duplicate rewards.
- Technical and security data: information about requests, errors, IP address, and device, to the extent processed by the infrastructure, hCaptcha, and other providers for operation, account protection, and abuse prevention.
- Communications: information you choose to send for support or account deletion.
The app does not request contacts, location, microphone, or photo-library access for gameplay and does not support photo uploads. If you choose the Google option, the picture is read directly from the linked Google identity and is not copied into our storage.
3. How we use the data
- for authentication, retaining progress, and optional Google connection;
- to provide and validate gameplay, calculate scores authoritatively, prevent question repetition, and recover interrupted rounds;
- for records, leaderboards, inventory, virtual credits, rewards, and the in-game store;
- to display and verify ads and prevent duplicate benefits;
- for security, fraud prevention, abuse limitation, troubleshooting, support, and legal obligations;
- to include your name, avatar, and results in official videos only if you enable the separate option.
4. Legal bases
We process data to provide the requested service, for legitimate interests in security, leaderboard integrity, and service improvement, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of consent where required, including for certain advertising choices and appearances in videos.
5. Data visible to other users
Leaderboards may display the player name, avatar, score, and position. We do not publicly display your email address or internal account identifier. Profiles transparently marked as Răspuns Final benchmarks are game target scores, not accounts belonging to real people.
6. Providers and recipients
- Supabase: authentication, database, server functions, and storage of images needed for the game.
- Google: optional authentication and Google AdMob for ads, consent choices, and reward verification.
- hCaptcha: protecting anonymous account creation against automation and abuse.
- Firebase Hosting: hosting this page and its associated public resources.
Providers may process data in other countries under their own legal mechanisms and safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
7. Ads and consent
When ads are enabled, Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, and ad interactions, depending on available choices and the consent provided. Advertising privacy choices can be reopened from the app where this feature is available.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep data while the account is active and for as long as needed for operation, security, and legal obligations. Deleting the account removes the identity and associated data under our control, including the profile, progress, records, virtual balance, inventory, and results. Temporary copies, security logs, or information held by providers may expire according to their retention cycles or may be kept where required by law or fraud prevention.

9. Security
We use encrypted connections, authentication, database-level access rules, server functions for scores and rewards, and server-to-server verification of rewarded ads. No method can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection and may withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
11. Younger users
The app is not specifically designed for children. If you are not old enough to accept this policy in your jurisdiction, use the app only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
12. Changes and contact
